This is an old column of mine from 2005, posted today on Twitter by the amazing Dr. Salty.

I think it is obvious that the customer service paradigm in medicine has only become worse since this was published 13 years ago.

Every now and then I like to pride myself on my ability to predict trends.  I think I was spot-on here.
